Summer Camp

Summer is even more fun at Sheyes of Miami Learning Centers Summer Camp! Our summer camp is offered during local school systems’ summer vacation. Sheyes of Miami summer program combines a full-day supervised activities and recreation with occasional field trips. Previous Summer Campers have enjoyed the following field trips:

 

• Roller Skating

• Miami Zoo

• Miami Seaquarium

Even when our Summer Campers do not leave Sheyes of Miami Learning Centers, they still participate in amazing activities, just a few of which are listed below:

 

• Churned homemade ice cream

• Competed in their own Olympic Games

• Cooked s’mores in a solar oven they made themselves

For five-year-olds, we offer a Transitional Kindergarten program. These children move into the Summer Camp classroom and experience field trips and activities. With no nap-time and increased behavioral responsibility, many parents find our Transitional Kindergarten program to be an excellent half step for children beginning

Kindergarten in the fall.
